Getting There Safely with Whistler Weather

Because of the location of Whistler; found in southerly fjord towards the head of North America, its weather is suitable for the winter dependent sports and activities. The reason is quite simple, it is because of the ability of the deep valleys to retain heat when the circulation patterns favors high pressure over southern British Columbia. This is increased by the radiation from the floors and walls of the valleys which are heated by the solar radiations.

This is because, Whistler is located in the Coast Mountain range of British Columbia and so the weather can change dramatically during the day, irrespective of the time of season.
